Ready, set, BINGO!
Have you recently drank wine or cider on a patio? How about gone on a wine tour? Or maybe even chatted up a local winemaker or winegrower? Well, guess what… any one of these activities could make you a winner when you play Sip Local Bingo—summer’s best reason (25 reasons actually) to #DrinkIdahoWine all summer long.
How to play
If you’ve ever played bingo as a kid, it’s just like that. Except with wine. On your bingo card are 25 wine and cider activities in each of the squares. Every time you complete an activity, mark the box with an X—or have one of our participating locations mark the X in their square for you.
Complete five Idaho wine experiences in a row and you’ve got a BINGO! From there, you have two choices. You can submit a pic of your bingo card to email@example.com for a chance to win prizes. OR you can go for the blackout (not that kind of blackout) and complete all 25 activities to be entered into our grand prize drawing.
Check out the current list of prizes. All cards will need to be sent by September 20, 2021. Winners will be notified via email on September 24, 2021.
Many ways to win
Just like the traditional game, there are many ways to win at bingo—up, down, sideways or diagonally. Likewise, there are many strategies to winning our game. Many squares can be completed on one stop at your local winery. Or while walking or biking around the Greenbelt, where many urban wineries are located.
Reward yourself for your workout with a glass of vino. And with more than 69 wineries all over Idaho, they’re the perfect destination to take care of out-of-town guests and fill in your cards.
